Choosing to live downtown is a big decision. Nashville’s downtown exploded with the first luxury building the Viridian capturing a great location and fabulous amenities. The Downtown spread to an area called the Gulch where other condos developed like Terrazzo and Icon. With all these new developments buyers have a lot of choices.
