Nashville’s downtown exploded with the first luxury building the Viridian capturing a great location and fabulous amenities. The Downtown spread to an area called the Gulch where other condos developed like Terrazzo and Icon. With all these new developments buyers have a lot of choices. I have compiled some things to think about when moving downtown to make this decision a little easier. I am not just a Reltor who sells downtown I live it as well.
